Caught By The DUI Wolf Pack?

In its continuing quest to remove drunk drivers from the road, Florida law enforcement agencies regularly conduct so-called DUI wolf pack operations. These efforts may run a single night or a full weekend and may involve multiple law enforcement agencies focusing their efforts on pulling over suspected drunk drivers.

Many Arrests. Many Tickets.

According to a report from the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, a recent DUI wolf pack operation led to 40 criminal charges and 97 citations in a single evening. People were arrested not only for driving under the influence (DUI), but also for drug charges and a variety of other criminal offenses and traffic violations.

There Was A DUI Wolf Pack Halloween Weekend

Fox News warned of a DUI wolf pack run by the Florida Highway Patrol on Halloween weekend. This particular operation targeted Interstate 75 and other major roads.

If you were one of the many caught during this operation or a previous operation, or have been accused of drunk driving at any time, it is important that you are aware of your options. You do not have to plead guilty, even if you blew over the legal limit. You have the right to enlist an attorney who can defend you.

With the help of a dedicated attorney, it may be possible to reduce the impact of a DUI charge or fight the charge altogether.
